The churches that comprise the Northeast Lancaster County Mission Connexion of the United Methodist Church are holding a Pentecost celebration and picnic on Sunday, June 8 at Leola Community Park from 3:00-6:00 P.M. Refreshments and snacks will be served at 3:00 P.M.
Entertainment, featuring music by church members  and a performance by Sandy Joy will begin at 3:30 P.M.  There will be carnival style children's games and fun activities, including face painting at 4:15 P.M.  Supper will be served at 5:00 p.m.

Drinks, hot dogs, popcorn, snow cones and paper products will be provided. 
The event will be held at the park's New Pavilion near the parking lot connected to the Maple Drive entrance.

 This will be a wonderful time to invite friends and neighbors as well as to fellowship with persons from the United Methodist Churches in our ConneXion.
