KENSILL FUND FOR HOPE AUCTION

The Kensill Fund for Hope (KFH) Auction will be held in Fellowship Hall on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at 12PM.  Again this year we will have Joel Fisher's delicious chicken. Chicken pieces or full lunch will be available from 9 AM to 2 PM or whenever the chicken is sold out. Additional luncheon items will be available in the kitchen prior to and during the  auction. Tracey Jones will be our auctioneer. So come early to enjoy lunch and have a fun time at the auction.  What a great way to support this worthy ministry area!

This year we will not have the usual yard sale, but you may bring, display and sell your own items by "renting" a table for $10 for that morning. The "rent" will go to KFH.  Please contact Mary Yohe - 560.2865 - if you wish to have a table.

 HOW CAN I HELP?

 -       Bring some new or gently used treasures you no longer use for the auction

-       Donate time, talents, services, food – i.e. babysitting, dinners in your home, pies, yard work, ball games, vacation spots, etc. (We will make certificates for these)

-       Talk to friends with shops/businesses to solicit donations (inform Mary Yohe of these contacts/donations)

-       Sign up in Narthex for hands-on help prior to or the day of the auction (opportunities will be listed there)

WHEN AND WHERE CAN I TAKE MY DONATIONS?

Donations may be placed in a designated area of the choir room or the Parlor prior to September 24.

Donations may be placed in Fellowship Hall from Sunday, September 25 through  Friday, September 30  To arrange other times to drop off items, you may call  Mary Yohe at or the church office at 656.7600.

Lists of donated items for the auction will be posted in the Narthex and appear in the bulletin so you can pick your favorite items in advance for your bids.

Our thanks for your continued support for KFH.
