At LUMC, we need your help with donations of items to fill our shoeboxes. There is a collection box near the mailboxes for donations. We will be accepting donations until Sunday Oct 21st. After the luncheon following the combined service on Sunday October 28th, we will need help packing shoeboxes! National Collection Week is November 12th to 19th.
Shoeboxes are packed for girls and boys ranging in ages from 2 to 14. In addition to item donations, there is a cost of $9 per shoebox that will need to be raised for shipping. If you would like to contribute a monetary donation, please put it in a pew envelope marked OCC in the offering plate. |
