The light-weight quilts for Haiti were dedicated on Sunday, October 24.

A big THANK YOU to Noreen Thompson, Loretta Risser, Betty McGinnis and Louis Morris for a job well done!  What a beautiful array of colors displayed in the church on Sunday October 24th.  Our prayer, as the quits go on their way, is that warmth, comfort and love will surround those who receive them.

Our next “short term” project is making simple clothing for the boys and girls of the Hoina Home in India.  As many as we can make will be taken to India in early December.  Our next sewing day is Tuesday, November 9th at 9:30a.m.  Bring a sandwich, beverage and dessert will be provided.  Come when you can , leave when you must.  If you would prefer to sew at home, prepared packets will be available.  Any questions contact Mary Carrigan
